Never Typed A Command

Admin Alice is not a programmer and never opens a terminal. With Claude Code and the effortless skills installed, she builds a whole project for a small school out of one file: plain English documentation, an Excel workbook, an admin portal with a database and an A P I behind it, and a Postgres schema, by asking. This is not a vibe coded app: the assistant only ever touches one short file she can read, and everything else is generated from it by tools that do not guess, which is why she can hand it to an A I with confidence. She renames the whole starter into Teachers and Classes in Excel on purpose, Developer Debbie writes the only code, and one sentence deletes every generated file and one sentence brings them back.
